Our engagement model moves companies through five phases of Lean Transformation and is delivered through a "learn-by-doing" approach.
The process begins with an assessment of the current business by Lean Business Systems. During this stage we look at current processes and approaches and your goals and objectives. In addition we will identify and validate various opportunities for improvement. There is no charge for this assessment.
Following this initial session, our objective will be to define the vision for future improvement and results in your organisation. In addition our proposal will come with a detailed action plan outlining the phased activities necessary to turn your vision or future objectives into reality. Most importantly, all of our proposals outline in a clear way the Return-On-Investment for Clients in adopting our proposal.
One of the key strengths of Lean Business Systems is our Project Implementation capabilities. We are at all times focused on the delivery of the goals set out in our plan and no project is complete until the Client agreed that at minimum we have delivered on the objectives set out in our proposal.
At every stage of implementation we work closely with Clients to ensure skills and resources are in place to successfully implement the project. In some cases we even become members of the implementation team to ensure project success. Throughout the Lean Transformation we regularly review the project status and any revisions required are identified and document.
Through this approach, Lean Business Systems has succeeded in developing long term relationships with many organisations seeking to create a Lean Enterprise.
